Firstly,one way to get to sleep is if you keep a far away distance from your clock
Or you'll get disturbed.
Secondly,another way to get to sleep is if you can find a bedtime routine like maybe read a book or take a bath or you could do some yoga.
Thirdly,a different way of getting to sleep is to unplug your computer,phone and tv or it will disturb you.
Finally,sleep is important because if we didn't get enough sleep we wouldn't have enough energy for the day and become lazy.
